Since 2001, the products of our factory have passed ISO9001: 2000 quality system certification. After-sales service management is improved, so the product quality has stepped on a new level.

In 2008, we applied the mechanism of intermediate frequency melting furnace and heat preserving furnace matched semi-continuous casting unit. The melting furnace and heat preserving furnace can apply variable frequency power supply. In the process of production, the intermediate frequency furnace can be produced while turning off the equipment power whenever necessary.

In 2015, we designed and improved the overcurrent way of power frequency cored melting furnace and heat preserving furnace and applied the undercurrent type rotating furnace to form “tea pot spout” shaped bypass channel with melting furnace wall channel and rotation shaft channel, through which copper liquid is turned to heat preserving furnace hearth. The heat preserving furnace is fully enclosed structure, into which protective gas can be filled to protect copper liquid surface, thus to try to reduce oxygen content of copper liquid. This way is matched with the copper pipe, copper bar and copper strip casted by the horizontal continuous casting unit. At present, the maximum capacity of the unit can reach 80 tons per day.

In the context of continuous development of Industry 4.0, our company devotes to continuously improve our own study design and high-end products development and manufacture capacity. In 2018, our company designed international high quality and high productivity brass rod horizontal automatic production line. In 2019, our company designed and developed seven flux copper tube horizontal continuous casting unit.
