We conduct technical training on site for operators of the demander in the form of technical lecture and field operation demonstration to enable the demander to operate the furnace expertly and master the handling method of common faults.

The equipment guarantee period is one year, during which, for any equipment fault and parts and components damage resulting from equipment quality problems, the company should be responsible for maintenance or replacement free of charge (excluding quick-wear parts).

For any fault happening during the guarantee period, after receiving fault notification from customers, we will make response immediately. For any fault happened beyond the guarantee period, we also actively cooperate to handle to guarantee normal production demand of customers. After expiration of the guarantee period, we would guarantee supply of equipment spare parts and quick-wear parts.

We have 20 service engineers who can provide excellent after-sales service for the Xishan equipment you purchase and can provide high quality service for you all day long and all year around. Our service personal can also provide field service and technical support based on customers’ different requirements.

We also own sufficient spare parts and inventory to cope with different demand in emergency situation.
